Fastnet places a granite tower beyond an already offshore island, with retained bedrooms and welfare space. Twenty survivors would gain exceptional separation at the cost of cramped occupation and dependence on difficult sea or air access.
Why here: Short-term score reflects Defensibility 7/10, Isolation 9/10 and Overall 6.3/10 under the published weighting.
Rank 37.4 — Scenario Score
Masada channels access onto steep desert approaches beneath a broad fortified summit. Its protection is largely passive; habitation is much harder. Heat, exposed ruins and unverified cistern contents make dependable water and usable shade immediate priorities.
Why here: Short-term score reflects Defensibility 8/10, Isolation 7/10 and Overall 6/10 under the published weighting.
